Just returned from a four mean solar day trip trip and I've taken several trips like this one with my grown daughter to various all-inclusive resorts in the Riviera Maya area. This trip was the best! Read More than "The best resort ever!" Nosotros stayed at the Cancun Riviera from 11/23-11/30. We took our kids who are 7 and 8. This is the all-time family resort ever! The kids club is wonderful. They give the parents a pager so when the kids want u.s., they page the states. Our kids wanted to become to the kids gild every day. It allowed for some adult fourth dimension. The food was immaculate! The restaurants were each unique and had their own taste. The amusement staff did a wonderful job. The service was earth class. From check-in to eating to drinking to our room service - everything was over the top! The resort activities were fun for adults and kids. "Its a dream" fantastic hotel staff cracking 24 60 minutes service fantastic rooms just brilliant simply downside is the road there. cant recommend this hotel enough plus the little touches similar the birthday block for the married woman and complimentary champaigne breakfast for our anniversary "Loved it!" This was my 2d fourth dimension hither in as many years. Neat resort! Pools and beach are clean and well staffed. We had not bad experiences at all of the restaurants, swell food and great service. Definitely recommending to my friends. "The best Mexican vacation yet" We were made welcome and comfortable from the time of check in to checkout. We are in our 70s so we enjoyed the ease of accessing all the resorts civilities, everything was only a short walk abroad from our room. The rooms are spacious, clean, repose, comfortable and very well maintained. The variety of dining choices were incredible with no restrictions other than long pants in a couple of them. The restaurant staff were friendly went out of their manner to delight. The choices and quality of drinks at the bar were incredible and of course the bar staff were dandy. The embankment was clean and well supervised and we enjoyed sailing the catamarans a couple of times. I accidentally cut my head at the beach and was instantly attended to by the lifeguard who suggested I visit the doctor on the resort by the Spa. Can't await to come dorsum. Nosotros stayed in a preferred club room so had access to the preferred club lounge which was nice to visit when we wanted a more than private drink or snack. The staff could not do enough for united states of america, the maids cleaned and tidied the room improve than I could accept washed myself and the waiter staff were so attentive only non imposing. The food in the earth buffet was amazing, normally cafe food at all inclusives can exist a striking or miss but there was so much selection and the food was and so fresh. The a la carte restaurants were astonishing likewise, our favourites were the himitsu every bit its a fun dining experience with plenty of choice for food and the Bordeaux restaurant was superb and the nutrient was to die for with things like fillet steak and rack of lamb cooked to perfection, the food in this eatery was ameliorate than any nutrient I've ever had in France! Myself my wife and my 3 children aged 2/seven/ten booked ii garden view rooms and requested that these be bordering rooms. Unfortunately we had to plough this downwardly due to no adjoining room. The staff seemed genuinely disappointed that they couldn't give u.s.a. the best room but then placed united states in a ocean facing rooms with jacuzzi on the balcony. Large smiles all round so far! During our stay we went to both the beach and the 3 pools. The beach was just astonishing, the water was articulate and bluish unless information technology was inclement but this is only natural every bit the sand gets pushed upward. The sea weed as described in other reviews is actually sea grass and is Pocket-sized blades of grass scattered around. This wasn't a problem for my family and we loved the embankment. The staff from the beach bar are simple fantastic and hard working. A beverage is given to you at y'all sun lounger about every 15 mins which is more than that enough for whatsoever person. The sand is white and clean and the choice of sun beds is enough. The pool area is groovy too. The three pools range from the activities pool with volleyball and a couple of basketball game hoops a child's puddle and a infinity pool with swim up bar. Around the pool is a pizza bar, a grill and too another drinks bar. These are all great. The swim upwards bar is good only does get busy with some people who are unable to cope with all inclusive drinks. Life guards are on hand and to be honest are quite strict (A good thing). The restaurants are great. The world cafe is good for breakfast but non good for dinner. This isn't a problem as the other restaurants at the resort are very skillful. All the staff are very helpful and don't await any tips. I would suggest that manors go a long mode at this resort and a uncomplicated please and cheers piece of work wonders. I was lucky enough to get married here which was at the stop of my 2nd calendar week. ELISA in the weddings team worked tirelessly to brand sure it was everything nosotros wanted its just a shame that our great britain based weddings squad at virgin were consummate crap and that ELISA had to rectify there errors. The amusement at night are fun and enjoyable My two girls went to the kids club whenever they wanted and loved information technology. The next trip deceit come soon enough! "It was a Dreams come true." My husband and I with two friends stayed from December 7th to the 14th. This is our second spread-out and although it was more expensive it was worth it. I kickoff want to give huge commendation to specific members of the staff. First, Marlene our maid was awesome, was never in need of anything and she was then pleasant to talk to and ever grin. Armando at the front desk, answered all our questions and made our cheque-in stress costless. This was specially appreciated considering we came in about 8 p.m. and were pretty tired. Christian and Rick at the concierge desk were very helpful and pleasant. Concluding just not least, Willy (waiter on the embankment) He was ever smiling and had a great sense of sense of humour. Also quick with the service. Now this does not mean that we did not capeesh you all considering we did. All the staff were always doing something, no slackers here. On to the room, Information technology was cute, just what the website showed. I'm not into modernistic but this room was tastefully done. Now the bed, can we say butta. My hubby would love to know what kind of bed it was. He would love to get one. We as well had a balcony facing the adult pool on fourth floor. Awesome to drink our coffee in the morning time and talk most what we were going to practice for the day. Everything worked well. Shower was nice, beautiful tile. The only thing that was a bummer was that at that place were kids right higher up u.s. that were upwards at half dozen:thirty a.m. Just it is a family resort. One of the things that we really loved was that the resort does not have bracelets, a towel carte and reservations for the al a card restaurants. Cannot believe how relaxing that is not to have to wait in line in the morning to eat at night. Information technology just cuts into the holiday. Granted this is a gated all-inclusive so they know who belongs at that place and who doesn't. But at present that we've been spoiled by this I don't want to go to a resort that has these type of restrictions. The beach and water are wonderful, nosotros saw some cool stuff while snorkeling, a lion fish, a babe stingray and some absurd looking squid amongst other colorful fish. Did not have any problem what so ever getting a lounger. We didn't do any of the dolphin stuff but we were able to watch other people and that was really enjoyable. The food was proficient at the buffet. Yep, there is some of the aforementioned stuff every twenty-four hours but they mixed it upward. Become see Ana at the omelet station and she'll fix you up good. Now the al a carte du jour restaurants were fabled. Portofino'south, super good mushroom soup and filet mignon. Everything nosotros ate there was delish. Went to Oceana, very skilful also. Gohan's, Japanese nutrient, tasted fresh and the presentation of all the food was amazing. I call up I took more pictures of the food than anything else. Seaside grill, had the flank steak, it was like butter and the flavor was outstanding. So impressed with the nutrient(can you tell). Went to El Patio for dessert and coffee, which was superb. Besides the decorating of these restaurants were very tasteful and classy. Don't forget to end in CoCo caf with free net and relish an awesome espresso or any you may fancy. Yummy. The entertainment that we saw, the juggler and the prove with a little acrobat and balancing acts were ok. The stone show on the other hand was very expert. Played super adept 80's rock but unfortunately they played three songs and they had to stop due to the torrential downpour. All in all watching the entertainment team interact with children and adults alike was very respectful, never pushed you to do annihilation but just let you know what was happening that day. "Our Astonishing Wedding" At Puerto Aventuras 2013 westward/ Jacki Muir My wife and I recently got married at the Puerto Aventuras Resort & Spa in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Nosotros had Jacki Muir every bit our hymeneals coordinator, and nosotros couldn't have been happier. We had 40 people attend our wedding in United mexican states, and Jacki took excellent care of us. The resort itself is beautiful; we got engaged there in 2011 and returned to get married there in 2013. Upon deciding to have our wedding in Mexico, we were given the proper noun of Jacki Muir. She was astonishing; she communicated with us throughout the entire procedure, fabricated the wedding beautiful, kept us at ease, and took care of anything and everything we requested (which was a lot). You lot know how at that place are some people who like to get to a new identify in united mexican states each year, well i was one similar that until I came hither. We got preferred club both times. the 2nd time they upgraded us to preferred and were kind to give united states the gratis upgrade without united states even asking for it. This allowed united states to have an oceanfront view and what a view it is. Whether it's eating, drinking, socializing, the service is fantastic and everyone goes out of their way to brand sure your stay is the all-time it can be. Nutrient: The food at dreams is ever crawly and 5 star. I am a food lover and one of the best things about all inclusive is eat swallow eat all you want. There are so many good restaurants in the resort, no reservations required. likewise as cafe for each of the brekky, luncheon, and dinner. I love the nutrient there. LOCATION: In my opinion there is nothing beter than having an infinity pool that overlooks the water. The pools are all beachside and in ane place. So convienient. Not to mention its like a infinitesimal walk to your room . You lot are also merely about 10 minutes from the airdrome so it is and then easy and quick to go here. Love the location of this resort equally well as the layout. ROOMS: The rooms are UNBELIEVABLE . So large, so modernistic. Loved it. Jacuzzi tub inside, jacuzzi tub outside, big comfy bed, and they go along the rooms immaculate. HUGE shower also which is crawly. You obviously aren't in the room much but when you lot are its and so comfy. Amusement: The resort does a bang-up job keeping you entertained during your stay. I similar to exist lazy during the day and not movement much only in that location are ever things going on. After dinner there is e'er cracking nightly amusement. All in all this resort is great. "Fantastic Place to Travel with Kiddos" Nosotros went to this resort with our 9 and 5 year old boys. We typically stay at the other resorts when we don't have our kiddos with because they are adults but. This was our start fourth dimension at a Cancun resort and we were very impressed. I heard a few people complaining about there beingness as well many kids, which I thought was kinda funny. If you go to a family resort you should expect there to be lots of kids. If you don't want to exist around kids on your vacation, get to an adults only. The route leading to the hotel was bumpy, simply not terrible, they had crews working on them to try and repair the bad spots. Nosotros did get to see a crocodile on our mode in, so that made information technology worth it. Watch very closely, they are hard to meet considering they alloy in. This was the highlight of the trip for the boys, even our transportation driver was excited to see it. Nutrient: Our favorite resturant was El Patio, this is a mexican resturant but the steak here is excellent. The boys loved eating hot dogs and hamburgers at the barefoot grill and they thought the french fries were fifty-fifty meliorate than McDonalds. The breakfast buffet gets a lilliputian congested in the morn, so we typically ordered room service for breakfast. It was fabulous. We ate at Oceana, SeaSalt, Portofino and the Hibachi and they were all very good. The food was very good. Only suggestion would be to add Water ice Cream to the room service menu. Kids Club- This was a not bad pick, they had fun activities going on all day. The employees are very dainty and work good with the kids. The boys would typically go for the Video Game hour and the stone climbing. I loved that there were lots of activities for the kids. The boys loves playing soccer on the beach, at that place were soccer nets set up and ever a group of people playing. We felt very rubber hither, the grounds were immaculant and the resort is gorgeous. They have the same lotions/soaps every bit other resorts, I was happy to see that. The gym is smaller, but very nice and clean and acceptable equipment. I would have liked to do Yoga, but there were no classes during our stay. They have a beautiful yoga room, but typically but spinning classes goign on. The Embankment is gorgeous, really soft white sand. We would definately go back again when we bring our kids with, it is a beautiful resort. "HoneyMoon Time" Excellent Hotel! Bully service, really neat and clean, great food and drinks. The beach is prissy and the service at the beach is likewise dandy! Entertainment was good, we enjoyed a brusque bicycle tour to Puerto Morelos (two kms abroad, 40 mins walk through the embankment). The hotel is new (4 years old I call up) and we strongly recommend it! "Astonishing hotel, staff, food, holiday Loved it!" I know holidays are personal and everyone has unlike wants and expectations just having travelled extensively across the world and having stayed at some fabled (and not so fabulous) resorts, I have to say that this was definitely in the peak few. It certainly reached and went beyond our expectations not least because of all of the staff who genuinely couldnt do enough for you lot and before yous ask, we didnt tip at all in the first week but did so in the second. I can honestly say that we encountered no difference in service between the offset and second week. The Hotel Firstly, dont be put off past the comments on the road that leads you to the hotel. After all, it is only a road which leads you there. Admittedly the road was worse upon arrival because of the rain and overflowing harm which had basically washed the road abroad. It was very bumpy and vehicles were having to travel at around only 5mph. However, on our return journey it was markedly different. It was no longer covered in water and attempts were beingness made to patch it support again (remember, this is Mexico!). The route is not the hotels fault as it leads to many different hotels.. information technology was 10/15 minutes additional journey time at tops! Equally for any comments on the gate its a secure resort and it hardly makes for a bad holiday. Seriously!! The hotel itself is lovely. We were met by very friendly bellboys who eagerly took our luggage and then nosotros were handed a glass of champagne as we checked in. The foyer area is large with a central water feature, there is also a bar (Rendezvous) and outside seating. The entrance hall area is the focal point for the entertainment with nightly shows on the steps/terrace surface area exterior and a band each night inside. The entrance hall looks downward a palm tree artery straight onto the beach/sea. To each side of the anteroom are the 2 blocks of rooms. The layout is generally symmetrical and both sides accept a big outdoor Jacuzzi area which doesnt allow children and is open until tardily. Alongside the palm copse, there is a coffee shop, some shops and the Privilege area. This avenue leads downwardly to the pool area which has iii pools. There are two beachside restaurants, a pool restaurant, a private dining expanse and a pool bar. Directly in front of the hotel is a lovely white sandy beach with a beach bar. The embankment isnt private which isnt a trouble because it means you can easily walk upwardly and down to it (including all the way to Puerto Morelos not that far!). The embankment is however patrolled. Theres also a embankment bar. Its actually a relatively small-scale resort which we liked, it was easily accessible and you didnt have to walk for miles to get anywhere. As a upshot, it too felt more personal. We went a few days before the American Thanksgiving holiday and information technology was very quiet. It did get very decorated during Thanksgiving and I think some people struggled with sunbeds past the pool and waiting for restaurants. Subsequently the Thanksgiving holiday, it quietened down again and to be honest, it was great. The Room We stayed in block 2 on the fifth floor and overlooked the area to the side of the hotel. There are rooms that overlook the beautifully manicured gardens some of which have a plunge pool and some have Jacuzzis on the balcony we wouldnt personally have used either. For those on the higher floors, there are several lifts (simply yous may desire to walk the stairs after staying hither for a few days!!!) We had specifically asked for afternoon sunday and then our room was perfect even though we actually didnt get to sit out on the balcony preferring to get to one of the bars instead. The balcony had views over the beach and sea. The room itself was very nice and quite large. The superking size bed took pride of place in the room and it was extremely comfortable. The mini bar was stocked with beer, water and soft drinks on a daily basis. There was also a java auto with java. There were two sinks/mirrors, a Jacuzzi bath, shower & WC to the rear of the bed. Both the shower & WC had doors and frosted glass. The bathroom was well stocked with a hairdryer and toiletries. The room had a fan and AC. The room was turned downward each dark. We also received a daily newsletter detailing the weather condition, which restaurants were open, potable of the day, activity schedule for the post-obit twenty-four hours. Nosotros found this very informative especially if you are planning your evening food (and if the men have to article of clothing long trousers). The Food & Bars We ate in all the restaurants and establish them all to be very good. World Caf breakfast; a fantastic selection for breakfast. Plenty of fruit, breads, pancakes, waffles, pastries, cereals, hot and cold choices. I loved the fact that it was brand your ain muesli so I didnt have to have any raisins!! ;-) Globe Caf lunch; again, there was a peachy variety of food for tiffin including different types of salads, breads, meats (hot and common cold), fish, paellas, local nutrient and desserts (although were non sweet toothed people so we didnt have any). World Caf dinner; we only ate in here in the evening once equally, although there was a smashing selection of tasty nutrient, we preferred the restaurants every bit it felt like eating in a bottle. Barefoot Grill lunch; nosotros didnt swallow here at lunch considering we preferred to eat salad at luncheon and this grill was more than fast nutrient orientated burgers/sliders, hotdogs, pizza, limited salad, paella and some grilled meat. In addition, by the time we ate at 2pm, the pick was limited as this was the place where families seemed to swallow. Seaside Grill (steaks/grills) lunch and dinner; we ate dinner in here 3 times. The mushroom soup and the chateaubriand were to die for. This was our favourite restaurant Oceana (seafood) dinner; we likewise loved the Oceana and ate hither twice. The only thing with the Oceana and Seaside Grill is that they tend to employ a lot of salt so, if youre like u.s. merely inquire them not to add any additional salt to the dishes. After this, we were fine. Bordeaux (French) nosotros ate in here twice but really felt it was over-rated. We felt that the steaks and the atmosphere in the Seaside Grill were better. Portofino (Italian) we also loved the Italian restaurant and went hither a few times. We had the steak and chicken which were both lovely. If you havent been to ane, I would recommend it. We also ate off the a la carte menu (Thai, Japanese, eastern style cuisine) and actually enjoyed it but over again, we preferred the other restaurants although it was nice to eat something dissimilar. Caf Coco (java shop) the coffee store is open all mean solar day for coffees, iced drinks, frappes, pastries and sandwiches at lunchtime. They also serve pretzels. The java in here is patently better than in the restaurants so we ended upwards grabbing a java from here after breakfast. Barrcuda this beach bar (or swing bar as we chosen it because of its rope swings effectually the bar) is open almost of the day for drinks. The staff, especially Antonio and Jose are vivid and then friendly. We seemed to stop up here after the sunday went down each evening. I would definitely recommend the Singapore Sling cocktail!! Rendezvous this is the main lobby bar and has waitress/waiter service if you lot want it. Its a relaxing surroundings where y'all can mind to the daily entertainment. The restaurants all take a dress standard. My other half was concerned about wearing long trousers in the heat only there is no issue every bit all the restaurants have decent AC. It is frustrating that some crave long trousers specially when long trousers tin can mean jeans (and even ripped ones). My other one-half looked smarter than most in his tailored shorts than those wearing jeans. Yet, I suppose having a rule makes it easier to maintain the standard. On sure days during the week, the hospitality team make coco loco'south (drinks out of coconuts). The chefs also come round in the afternoon with pocket-sized tasting plates. Pools & Beach There are iii pools; an infinity pool with a swim upwardly bar, a smaller and shallower kids pool and then the main pool which is by and large used past the entertainment team at certain times. There are some floating beds available from the entertainment centre for the puddle bar. People do tend to reserve sunbeds but to be fair, the pool attendants do accept towels abroad from beds that look unoccupied. I estimate this is all the hotel can exercise, afterward all they deceit be blamed for the selfish and inconsiderate behaviour of some guests. We were by the pool for around 8am and never had an consequence with getting a lounger fifty-fifty when it was busy at Thanksgiving. There are plenty of beds (& parasols) by the puddle and on the beach. There is a embankment volleyball surface area, embankment football game surface area and boules and equus caballus shoe pitching (you have to try this is!). At that place is drinks service by the pool and on the beach. The bars open up up at around 10am but the puddle service team come around with bottles of water much earlier than 10am. The Entertainment We didnt actually do the amusement either in the day or at night but what we did come across seemed to exist really great. The amusement really do work hard and they were absolutely fantastic with the kids. We liked the fact that they didnt hassle you to join in dissimilar other places. If people desire to play volleyball, they volition! The evening shows too seemed to be very impressive and were all very different ranging from fire shows to illusionists to breakdancing and the bands/singers in the foyer area belatedly in the evening were likewise worth listening to. The Staff Not one time did nosotros come up across whatever staff who werent focussed on good customer service. Everyone, from the grounds men, to the bar staff, to the gardeners, to the waiters, to the entertainment staff were very friendly and always said hi. Anybody seemed to exist genuinely happy working at that place. As I mentioned before, nosotros didnt tip in the outset calendar week but nosotros did in the second. It wasnt expected and the service was no different. Nosotros nevertheless got the aforementioned smiling, the same friendly chat and the same great customer service. Weddings Whilst we werent there for a wedding, we did see several taking place. To be honest its not my kind of thing every bit they take place in public places (either the embankment or the gazebo on the puddle terrace). This meant that other guests could sit and watch (the fiddling girls loved watching them). To me therefore information technology didnt seem very intimate or personal just everyone is different. What I did notice though was the staff did absolutely everything to ensure that the wedding was perfect. They really cared most ensuring that the hymeneals party were happy and that information technology was as special equally it could be. Special Staff Mentions We met some neat staff but some are worthy of special mention Antonio & Jose in the beach bar. They make the virtually fabled Singapore Sling definitely recommended. They were always friendly and pleasant and always remembered what we were drinking. Alfredo on embankment/terrace drinks service. He was lovely; extremely circumspect; very friendly and chatty and once more provided the near excellent client service. Judith & Abigail in the Rendezvous (Judith also works in Coco Caf). Once more, excellent customer service and very very friendly. Magdalena in the World Caf who, after only three days of being there remembered our surname each and every fourth dimension we went in in that location. She too was lovely and very friendly. All in all, we loved our fourth dimension at this hotel and so much that this is one of the start fourteen solar day holidays where we could have stayed longer. Nosotros are usually ready to come up domicile after 10 days. not here! Our only difficulty now is trying to piece of work out how we can shell this holiday side by side yr! "Amazing Staff, Amazing Resort, Amazing Everything!" As ever, I do my reviews by categories with detailed descriptions for y'all to skip to the part you intendance about most so everything is not all mixed together. I know it may look like a lot, simply over again, skip to where you want to read. Ive been on plenty of vacations and stayed at plenty of resorts, but none have given me the true wow gene similar Riviera Cancun did. My brother had his destination wedding here so in that location was a group of virtually 25 of usa. Staff: I dont even know where to begin on how amazing and difficult-working the staff is hither. This was a main part of what made our vacation special. GENERAL Manager, please take note of these individuals! -Orlando and Armando in the Oceana/Seaside Grill restaurant. They went above and beyond and made our lunch experience special each and every day, by fifty-fifty making us special dishes not even on the chief card. Even went nosotros didnt get a adventure to stop there for lunch, they brought our signature drinks (electric lemonade) to the puddle! You are a FANTASTIC every bit a team. - Granddaddy Carlos from the pool await staff was excellent (his area was near Seaside Grill, by the ping pong tables). He was on height of everything and we specifically sat in that area so we could have him (although his shift starts at apex). -Alfredo at El Patio eating house- he was a riot and made the dinner experience so much fun. -Gregorio, the manager at Bordeaux (French restaurant). He went above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent feel after a tiny mishap. -Vinny from the entertainment squad. Very personable, very dainty, and e'er engaged our group in the activities. He was a ton of fun! I believe he went back to school now though. Starting from the beginning: Check-In: As presently as we arrived, it was raining. They guided united states of america to the preferred lounge to cheque in, with umbrellas in hand for us. Nosotros were given champagne and everything went smoothly. Room: Nosotros had a club level room. We didn't get to use the Jacuzzi on the balcony, but hopefully next time! The club lounge was definitely a nice touch for a quick breakfast if we didn't desire to visit the buffet. Our room was spotless, had robes, slippers, stocked mini-fridge, snacks, everything. Pool: Always clean, e'er fun, staff was always around. At 2:10pm, staff/chefs would come out in their chef hats and hand out food and drink samples. How awesome is that?! The entertainment team was at that place all solar day too. Water aerobics, bingo, salsa lessons, volleyball, etc. Food: No one in our grouping had a bad meal anywhere. Everything was consistently good. Even the picky eaters in our group were satisfied. The main restaurants in the evening (French, Italian, Mexican, Japanese) were all fantastic. The cafe was skilful too. Gym: Had enough equipment to satisfy me for the week. The weight machines normally served every bit two different ones. Resort/Holding: Gorgeous. Flower bushes, clean, NO BUGS and everything was laid out perfectly. The resort is smaller which is fantastic. Yous dont feel like youve been walking really far and if you had to run dorsum to the room for something, information technology was never a big deal. Wedding: We were all accommodated, everyone had a blast, and they took care of the bride and groom. The wedding itself was beautiful and the staff hired for the reception aptitude over backwards to make sure everything went smooth. I was unfortunately sick during this day, so I didn't really have an appetite, only I heard the food was fantastic and the wedding cake was astonishing. All and all the holiday was perfect. If there was a petty mishap, it was taken care of immediately or they went out of their way to fix it. This place is definitely worth your fourth dimension. "First-class hotel, impressive service" Service - Excellent Room - Nice and large, great amenities and large walk-in shower, spa tub. Excellent maid service Keen room service included Nutrient quality and pick was excellent Drinks & alcohol quality was excellent Location was quiet. Nigh 20-30mins cycle ride to Peurto Morelos. All the same, everything you need on site. 3 types of pools. Caters for Adults & families/children. Overall quality of hotel was great. Clean & picturesque. Would definitely recommend & stay once again at this resort. "Amazing hotel, vacation and wedding !!" This hotel is astonishing and the perfect identify for a wedding with very few guest or lots. Our wedding was very small-scale all the same the staff never failed to amaze united states whilst we're in that location. The hotel staff are always going that extra mile to make your vacation perfect. Our honeymoon suite was five star, just cute to wake us with a full view of the ocean. The VIP lounge was an added extra and Natalia was our favourite member of staff, she made united states all feel very welcome, plus our little boy took a actually polish to her. Thank you for our perfect wedding, we would love to return and defiantly recommend this hotel to other!!!!! "Wonderful Feel" My family and I were here for ten days beginning on Oct. 3, 2013. It was an incredible experience. The weather was great and the accomodations were outstanding. I want to make a special "shout out" to Edgar from the World Cafe. We had breakfast there every morning and Edgar knew exactly what we wanted and was e'er so willing to go the extra mile to make our breakfasts outstanding occasions. We especially loved his sense of humor and his power to always make us express mirth. But it was his attention to item which made him stand out from the other waiters. He should be mentoring you less experienced wait staff. On the beach, we were lucky to accept Manuel our waiter. He ever made sure we had what nosotros needed. Our room maid was Sonja and she did a great job of making our room very pleasant. Overall, I would say all of the restaurants were outstanding. We never had a bad meal. We're definitely going back for a family unit reunion to include more family members and so they can feel this wonderful resort. "This Resort Gets it Correct" Whether a Family with infants or teens, a Solo traveler, Couples, Friends or Foodies of whatever kind, Riviera Maya volition impress. The grounds are lush. The staff are attentive, friendly and prompt. The Butlers are impeccable, Luka and Jorge in particular. Get the 1 Chamber Sky Suit, you WILL be impressed. The Fixed embankment is excellent if small.
